We have stayed at this location for the last five years. It is always been clean and well maintained.Our first requirement is location. Walking distance to main drag and back streets to local Food City store and other places to eat. I highly recommend Baskin Creek Condos.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was so clean. Everything was nice. It was very quiet. Perfect to relax. In great walking area to downtown Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great visit.
